Our promise to you

  • Paid research only.

    We never ask you to post, endorse, or recommend anything publicly.

  • Your contact stays private.

    Clients receive scheduled-session access only — never your email, phone, or DM channel outside the call.

  • You pick how visible you are.

    Per study, your identity is shared as full, masked, or anonymized. In masked mode, the Client never sees your name, handle, profile URL, email, phone, or DM channel — sessions run on a Provider-issued calendar with an alias and live redaction of identifying details before any recording reaches the Client. In anonymized mode, Provider also conducts or co-hosts the call so a Client researcher does not see your face or hear your voice in real time.

  • Withdrawal works.

    You can stop the recording mid-call, withdraw consent after, or request deletion. Recording-segment fate is your choice on the consent form.

  • Real payment dates.

    Default 48 hours. If a study has a client-review window, you see the exact date before you accept.

Things we will not do

  • Ask you to post anything.

    Ever. The pilot tier is research only.

  • Sell or share your data.

    Provider does not sell creator data. Provider does not provide bulk creator data to clients in any tier.

  • Train AI models on your interview.

    Default off. Any AI tool used in analysis is contract-bound to non-retention and non-training. Model training requires your separate written release.

  • Let a client contact you off-platform.

    The 12-month off-platform-contact restriction binds the client through their contract with Provider — not you. If the client breaks it, you keep your full incentive, you may receive a reporter bonus, and you sign no non-compete by participating.

  • Surprise you on payment.

    If a study has a non-default payment schedule, the invitation tells you the exact date before you accept.

    When a study fits, we send you an invitation. You see the topic, length, incentive, and exact payment date before you accept.

    Screen

    Five-minute screener confirms fit. You're in or you're not — no bait.

  4. 04

    Consent

    Per-study consent: recording, identity, AI use. You sign once, you're done.

  5. 05

    Interview

    30–60 minutes. You can decline any question. You can end early. You can withdraw recording consent at any point.

  6. 06

    Get paid

    Default within 48 hours of completion. Studies with a review window disclose the exact date in the invitation, no later than 10 business days after completion. Method you chose at onboarding.
